Neighbors, we will be switching management companies starting 1/1/25. Real Management will take over from KRJ for Foxwood Sections 1-4. For dues paid before the 1st, please submit your payments to KRJ. After the first, you will need to contact Real Management for payment.
Deed Restriction Enforcement will resume effective October 1,2024.
It is required that any homeowner considering improvements or modifications to their property, make application for approval. Said request must be submitted prior to commencing the changes. Click
